Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a restorative type practice that stretches the connective tissues. Poses are held long and are often supported by props.

Stephanie teaches in a style that is safe for everyBODY. She has a profound knowledge of the human body and teaches in a way that honors the body's intuitive nature. She is well versed in core strength vinyasa, where core center strength is built and tension is dissolved through the superficial back line resulting in deep relaxation.

Private Yoga Session

Looking to improve an injury or lose weight with yoga? Take your practice to the next level. I offer private yoga in studio or any location of your choice.

Group Classes

Join me at Original Hot Yoga Fort Lauderdale for one of my classes that are open to the public. Mats & towels are available for rent.

Corporate Wellness

Show employees they are valued. I offer chair massage, meditation & aroma therapy to reduce stress and increase productivity.

In this workshop, we'll discuss all of the benefits that the body receives as part of a regular yoga practice. We will discuss breath work, yoga anatomy & postures that assist in naturally eliminating toxins in the human body.
